What is Periwell?
Periwell is a perimenopause companion that helps you track symptoms, mood, sleep, and your cycle, understand your patterns, and prepare a clinician-ready Health Report for your next appointment. It is an educational wellness tool, not a medical device.
Do I need an account to use Periwell?
No. Periwell works without an account or login. Your data is stored privately on your device.
How do I log my first symptoms?
Open the Today tab and tap the daily check-in. It takes about 30 seconds. The more consistently you log, the more useful your insights and Health Report become — most patterns start to appear after about 7 days.
Your Health Report & insights
What is the Health Report?
The Health Report is a clear, shareable summary of your tracked symptoms, severity trends, and assessment scores (such as the MRS). It is designed to help you have a more productive conversation with your healthcare provider.
Why don't I see insights yet?
Pattern detection and trends need a few days of data. Keep logging — weekly counts, trend arrows, and trigger patterns unlock as you build history.
Subscriptions & billing
What does Periwell Plus include?
Periwell Plus unlocks premium features such as the clinician-ready Health Report and advanced pattern insights. Pricing and any free-trial terms are always shown on the purchase screen before you buy.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To cancel or manage, open your device Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Periwell, or open the App Store, tap your profile, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore a purchase?
On the subscription screen, tap “Restore purchase.” As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe, your access will be restored.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. You can request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Privacy & your data
Where is my health data stored?
On your device. Your symptom logs, cycle entries, assessments, and profile are stored locally and are not uploaded to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I export or delete my data?
Go to Me → Manage my data. From there you can Export your Health Report or Delete all local data permanently. Uninstalling the app also removes your local data.
Does Periwell sell my data?
Never. We do not sell your data and never use your health information for advertising.
